Warranty

This product has 1year “Onsite Pickup warranty”. As this is an imported product it has not come with an International warranty and the warranty is limited to the products origin country, hence we provide our own warranty.

Onsite Pickup warranty is our simplest warranty solution, if anything goes wrong within 7days of your purchase, we will replace your product as per our return policy. Post 7days you will be entitled to part replacement/repair warranty for 1year from the time of purchase.

To avail warranty, you just need to open a support ticket or simply call us and we will get the product picked up from your place within 24-48 working hours, as soon as we receive the product, our trained technicians will check it and fix the issue. We then observe the working condition of the product at least for 24 working hours before it is sent back to you. Our warranty pickup and drop will be free of charge. Warranty pick up range is pan India.

 * Warranty will not be covered if there is any physical damage, water spillage, and electrical surge.
