Phabdeals believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under the following policy:
▪ Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been shipped.
▪ There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
▪ No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Phabdeals marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
▪ In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mobile phones, LCD, laptops etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
▪ In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
▪ In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
Refund Policy :
When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 7-days money-back guarantee. If you are, for any reason, dissatisfied with your purchase, we will listen to the reason and if the reason is sensible, we will cheerfully issue a full refund. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within seven (7) days of your purchase. Please include your order number (sent to you via email after ordering) and also tell us why you’re requesting a refund – We take Customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are being processed within 21 days period, Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method, we test returned items, and if a returned item is found not to be faulty by our technicians we will return the item to you, in this instance you will be liable for the return carriage.
Items Damaged in Transit :
If any items were damaged in transit, we ask that you report it to us as soon as you receive the product. If the items are visibly damaged or the Phabdeals seal is broken then we advise to open the full package in front of the courier boy and contact us on the spot and let the courier boy wait, after discussing with us about the damage you can sign the carrier's delivery note accordingly.
Items Faulty in Warranty Period :
If any of your purchases develop a fault, and it's more than 7 business days since receipt, then provided your item is within its warranty period, you are entitled to a warranty replacement/repair. In some cases, manufacturers provide a specialist full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience which we recommend you use in order to correct the fault quickly.
In case of seller warranty you simply need to create support ticket from website home page or contact us via phone / email, and we will try to solve the issue via remote access but if its a hardware issue then we will quickly arrange a pick up from your place fix the problem and send it back to you.
The Items Must Be Returned within 7 Days from the Date of receipt as your purchase is covered by our 7-days money-back guarantee, if the buyer fails to do so certain amount of depreciation will be deducted on the product and will be considered as Used Product.
